The Cultural Fluency Initiative celebrates cultural diversity in all its forms through immersive artistic events that foster communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding among groups and people of different backgrounds.

In the face of rising social fragmentation, CFI creates pathways for authentic, integrative cultural exchange. We forge partnerships with community-rooted organizations and support artists in cross-cultural collaborations that draw on distinct traditions, stories, and worldviews.
Values
Our Salon model offers audiences a unique immersive experience. People from different backgrounds are not only represented on stage but present in the audience: Seeing one another, listening to one another, inspiring one another.
There is transformative power in sitting beside others you may not know, whose cultures are not your own. In these moments, difference becomes human and relatable, dialogue becomes possible, and community becomes real.
